Dewsbury is a gated student community in Liguanea, close to the University of Technology, the University of the West Indies and the United Theological Seminary. The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, large living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, double door side by side refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, pots, pans, silverware, dinnerware, etc. The laundry room has a washer and there are clothes lines in the back yard. The home also offers cable tv, high speed wireless internet, hot and cold water and ample parking. Housekeeping and gardening services are provided.

The house is approximately 3000 square feet and is very well ventilated, very secure and has comfortable common areas. There are large green spaces and a variety of fruit trees in the backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly and helpful.
The house is conveniently located close to the commercial district of Liguanea and is within walking distance of everything that you could possibly need. Walk to banks, ATM’s, shops, pharmacies, markets, restaurants, night-clubs, cinemas, malls. Taxis are readily available and the prices for around town trips are fairly reasonable. We can recommend reliable taxi companies with courteous drivers. We can also recommend reliable car rental companies if you would like to rent a car.

There are several major hospitals close by in the event of an emergency. These include the Accident and Emergency Unit of the University Hospital of the West Indies in Papine, the Nuttall Memorial Hospital on Old Hope Road and Caledonia Avenue, the Medical Associates Hospital on Half Way Tree Road and the Andrews Memorial Hospital on Hope Road.
